2020 Lincoln Corsair: Turbo 4-cylinders only, no hybrids for luxury Escape

The new 2020 Lincoln Corsair replaces the MKC. Like the MKC, the Corsair is based on the Escape, but with radically different styling and interior.

While the Escape is available with a selection of turbocharged or hybrid 4-cylinder gas engines, the Corsair is turbo only.

The base engine is 2L turbo with 250hp and 275 lb-ft, while the higher spec engine is a 2.3L with 280hp and 310 lb-ft.

An 8-speed automatic transmission is standard.

Available features include 24 way adjustable Perfect Position seats, Sync 3 infotainment, symphonic chimes from the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, head up display, and phone as a key.

There’s also three interior color combinations Beyond Blue (vivid blue and white), Cashew (tan and black), and Medium Slate (gray with touches of white).
