While it has a body based on the second generation Veloster, the platform is quite different. Instead of being a FWD car with an engine up front, the RM19 has a Touring Car Racing (TCR) 2L turbo I4 engine midship developing about 390hp (290kW).

There’s a 6-speed sequential transmission, RWD, 245/30 front tires, 305/30 rear tires, 20″ wheels, MacPherson front suspension, and double wishbone rear suspension.

It has a 0-60mph time of under 4s. Top speed is over 250km/h (155mph).

Unlike the Veloster, the RM19 is a two seater with just two doors.
