Aston Martin’s CEO has declared that there will be an all-electric Rapide on sale by 2017 with 800hp/597kW and AWD. The price will be around US$250k.
At the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance last weekend, Aston Martin CEO Andy Palmer told Automotive News that the company will have an AWD, fully electric Rapide on sale in two years with 800hp/597kW and range of 200 miles (322 kilometers).
Aston Martin will follow up the Rapide EV with an electric DBX crossover.
