The 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross joins the US range after being on sale for a while in Asia, and it is sized between C-HR and RAV4.
US models will be made in Huntsville, Alabama, at a new factory shared with Mazda.
At launch in the US Corolla Cross will only be available with a 2L I4 gas engine with 126kW (169hp). CVT is standard, but there’s a choice between FWD and AWD.
Toyota says there will be more models added to the Corolla Cross range, and it is widely thought this will include a hybrid powertrain option.
