2020 Kia Cadenza facelift is a big improvement, but no-one will care

The 2020 Kia Cadenza facelift has a slightly better exterior, and redesigned interior, but only about 5 people will care because everybody hates sedans now.

Especially big luxury ones from a non luxury brand.

Outside there’s a new hood, bumpers with a deeper grille, new trunk lid, and LED headlamps and taillights. For the inside the redesigned dashboard now comes with a huge 12.3″ touchscreen.

Other enhancements include retuned suspension, and reduced noise, vibration and harshness (NVH).

Standard power in the US is a 3.3L V6 with 216kW (290hp), 8-speed auto and FWD. Depending on the grade there’s 18″ or 19″ wheels.

Standard safety features include autonomous emergency braking, stop and go smart cruise control with navigation data, high beam assist, lane following assist, blind spot monitoring, safe exit assist, and blind spot monitoring.

Available items include multicolor LED ambient lighting, 10W wireless smartphone charger, and 3 extra USB ports.
The Limited can be optioned with Saddle Brown or Gray nappa leather interiors.
