For the 2019 model year, the Mercedes-Benz A-Class will gain a new sedan variant, and the look of that car is previewed by the Concept A Sedan.
The new A-Class sedan due in 2018 will have a more formal roof line, framed windows, and better interior space the CLA “coupe sedan”.
Both the A-Class sedan and the next generation CLA will be based on the MFA2 FWD/AWD platform. The A-Class sedan has been designed for the USA and China, which both prefer sedans, while the A-Class hatch will be more popular in Europe.
The Concept A Sedan has a Panamericana grille inspired by the Mercedes-AMG GT coupe, and new angled headlamps.
