2019 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is lighter, faster, meaner and greener

The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is lighter, faster and meaner, and has already set a new Nurburgring Nordschleife lap record of 6:44.97 minutes.


The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ has a more powerful 6.5L naturally aspirated V12 with 556kW (770hp) at 8,500 rpm, and 720Nm (531 lb-ft) at 6,750 rpm.

It has a 0-100km/h time of 2.8 seconds, 0-200km/h of 8.6 seconds, a top speed of over 350km/h (217mph), and 100-0km/h braking distance of 30 meters (1,181 feet).

The SVJ also has all new bumpers, a maximum effect rear diffuser, and a crazy new rear wing, all part of a new active aero system that generates 40% more downforce.

Specially developed Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires are standard, while street legal Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires are optional.

Just 900 Aventador SVJ coupes will be made, and deliveries begin in 2019.
