2019 Honda N-Wgn: Spacious new body, more standard features

The 2019 Honda N-Wgn is based on the latest N-Box, and has a spacious interior thanks to its fuel tank under the front seats, similar to the Jazz/Fit.

New standard features include a telescopic and tilting steering wheel, and the Honda Sensing safety suite, which has autonomous emergency braking, false start prevention, traffic sign recognition, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, hill start assist, auto high beam, and pedestrian collision mitigation steering.

For the new generation the tailgate lip is closer to ground to make loading the trunk easier, and a standard cargo board which can divide the trunk into two tiers.

There two versions of the N-Wgn: the regular N-Wgn, and the more youthful (and more expensive) N-Wgn custom which has squarer headlights and other changes.

CVT is standard on all models, FWD and AWD is available on all grades, and the top spec L can be had with a turbocharged version of the 660cc I3 engine.

Pricing starts at ¥1,274,400 (US$12,035) for the N-Wgn, and ¥1,512,000 (US$14,280) for the N-Wgn Custom.
