2019 Ford GT Heritage Edition wears classic Gulf Oil colors

The 2019 Ford GT Heritage Edition celebrates 50 years from the automaker’s history 1968 and 1969 wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The 2019 GT Heritage Edition will have the blue and orange paint scheme used by those GT40 race cars, and other cars sponsored by the American Gulf Oil company.

The 2019 Heritage Edition will also have carbofiber A pillars, 20″ one piece forged wheels with black lug nuts, orange calipers, silver mirror caps.

The interior has blue and orange stitching, a 1968 Le Mans inspired seat emboss, polished paddle shifters, high gloss dark stainless steel highlights, and black Alcantara trim for the sets, instrumental panel, pillars, headliner and steering wheel.

The 2020 Ford GT Heritage Edition will also use Gulf Oil colors, but will have No. 6 graphics instead – the 2019 car has No. 9 graphics.
