2019 Aston Martin Valkyrie: Joint venture Red Bull hypercar gets Norse name

The Aston Martin and Red Bull hypercar has been renamed from AM-RB001 to Valkyrie, and will go into limited production in 2018.

Developed with Red Bull’s F1 racing team, the mid-engine Valkyrie will have a naturally aspirated high revving V12 engine, two seats, and 1:1 power (hp) to weight (kg) ratio.

25 Valkyrie track cars will be built, in addition to between 99 and 150 road going Valkyries. The first cars will be delivered in 2018.
