2017 Renault Clio IV facelift: New LED lights, 1.5L diesel

The updated 2017 model year Renault Clio hatch has mildly facelifted bumpers, new LED headlights and taillamps, and a new diesel engine.

High end models will have full LED headlights, while the rest of the range will have LED daytime driving lights incorporated into the new signature.

New drivetrain choices include the 1.5-liter dCi 110 turbo-diesel with 109hp (81kW) and a 6-speed manual gearbox. The gas TCe 120 engine is now available with a 6-speed manual too.

Three infotainment and navigation systems are available in the updated Clio range: Media Nav Evolution, R-Link Evolution, and the new R&Go. Other available tech includes Bose sound system, front and rear parking sensors, reversing camera, and automated parking.

A new Initiale Paris trim line will be available too, it includes Nappa leather seats, steering wheel, dashboard, door panel and gear lever coverings, Bose sound system, full LED headlamps, R-Link Evolution infotainment, and automated parking.

The Initiale Paris is available with either 90hp (67kW) or 120hp (89kW) gas engines, or 90hp (67kW) or 110hp (81kW) diesel engines paired with either a manual or dual-clutch transmission.

Orders open during the summer, with cars entering dealerships in September 2016.
