2017 Chevrolet Cruze hatch: Starts at $22k, premium models only

When the D2XX Chevrolet Cruze hatch goes on sale in the US in the fall, it will start at US$22,190 in LT trim, a premium of US$1,070 over the LT auto sedan.


The Chevrolet Cruze hatch will only be offered in LT and Premier trims, and the RS option pack. The hatch misses out on the cheaper L and LS manual models.

The 1.4-liter turbo engine with 153hp (114kW) and 177 lb-ft (240Nm) is standard on all hatch models. With rear seats down, cargo space is rated at47.2 cubic feet (1,189 liters)

The MyLink infotainment system can be had with 4G LTE internet conenctivity, Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless charging, and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility.
