2019 Renault Megane RS Trophy: Even more power for hot hatch

The 2019 Renault Megane RS Trophy has a more powerful 1.8L turbo 4-cylinder engine, now with 300hp (224kW) and other performance and handling upgrades.

Engine upgrades for the 2019 Renault Megane RS Trophy include increased exhaust air flow, a better note, and a ceramic bearing for the turbo to improve responsiveness.

There’s also a new bi-material front brakes that are lighter, have less fade, and stop better. Inside, the Trophy has Alcantara Recaro bucket seats which are mounted 20mm (0.8″) lower to the ground.

The Megane RS Trophy is fitted with 19″ Jerez wheels with Bridgestone Potenza S001 tires. Lighter (by 8kg or 17.6 lb) 19″ Fuji wheels will be available in 2019.

Sales begin in the winter of 2018.
