Toyota Hilux

Introduced in 1968 as a replacement for the Toyota Stout, the Hilux is the go-to ute/pickup for much of the world’s population — indeed a quick perusal of footage from the world’s hotspots invariably features a Hilux transporting both peacemakers and warmongers. Much of its desirability comes from its simple construction, durability and go-anywhere toughness.

Now into its seventh generation, the Toyota Hilux is sold in much of the world, except for the USA and Canada.
