2018 Peugeot 508: No longer a boring sedan, now a sporty coupe-ish sedan

The new Peugeot 508 is no longer a classy but boring executive sedan, it’s now a rakish five-door coupe-ish sedan-ish fastback-ish competitor for the Audi A5.

There’s also teardrop driving lights, 3D claw effect taillamps, frameless door windows, and a 487 liter (17.2 cu-ft) trunk.

The interior has an i-Cockpit design dashboard, a steering wheel with a flat top and bottom, 10-inch capacitive touchscreen, and a 12.3-inch head-up display.

The new 508 goes on sale in Europe from the summer of 2018, and will be available with six (gas or diesel) engine and transmission combinations ranging from 97 to 168kW (130 to 225hp).
