This LCI (life change impulse) doesn’t see any changes to the 4-Series’ powertrains, but the F32 4-Series coupe and F36 Gran Coupe liftback do have sportier suspension settings. There’s also changes to the steering and tires.

There are new headlamps with LED details similar to the first 4-Series Concept. Bi-LED headlamps are standard, and adaptive full LED units are also available. LED taillamps are standard too, and the lighting signature is different.

High spec models have a fully configurable digital instrument display, and the iDrive infotainment system has a new tile interface. There are new colors, like Snapper Rocks Blue (seen on the coupe here) and Sunset Orange (seen on the F33 convertible below).
