2017 Mazda 6: New G-Vectoring Control, Nappa leather options

The 2017 model year Mazda 6 sedan in the USA gains a number of notable new features, including G-Vectoring Control and Nappa leather upholstery.

The 2017 Mazda 6 is the first car to gain Mazda’s new G-Vectoring Control system that subtly alters engine, transmission and chassis settings on the fly depending on road and driving conditions.

Other upgrades include the option of Nappa leather seats on the Grand Touring model, as well as more consistent fonts for the color head up display. New safety features include traffic sign recognition, lane keeping assistance, and advanced blind spot monitoring.

These updates go on top of last year’s facelift. Pricing has yet to be confirmed, but the 2017 Mazda 6 goes on sale in September 2016.
